This privacy notice discloses the privacy practices for PanoWalks.com. This privacy notice applies solely to information collected by this website. It will notify you of the following:

  1. What personally identifiable information is collected from you through the website, how it is used and with whom it may be shared.
  2. What choices are available to you regarding the use of your data.
  3. The security procedures in place to protect the misuse of your information.
  4. How you can correct any inaccuracies in the information.

1. Information Collection, Use, and Sharing

We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us when signing up for our service.

You provide personal information when you sign up for our service. When you sign up via a third-party authentication provider (like Google), our service retrieves and saves some information about you from the provider (the specific information is controlled by the authentication provider and by the permissions you approve when you sign up). In particular, our service retrieves your email address and name.

Your personally identifiable information will not be sold or rented to third parties in any way.

2. Application Data

The data used and collected by our application resides on PanoWalks servers. In order to interact with your data, our service maintains authentication (OAuth) tokens that allow our software to act "on your behalf" to read and write data. These tokens are securely stored along with your personal information.

Our Publish Service requires to have rights to publish and manage your 360 photos on Google Street View.

PanoWalks employees will not access any content from Google Drive and Street View without the permission of the client.

You can revoke PanoWalks's right to access your data at any point from your Google account control panel.

3. Your Access to and Control Over Information

You may opt out of any future contacts from us at any time. You can do the following at any time by contacting us via the email address given on our website:

  1. See what data we have about you, if any.
  2. Change/correct any data we have about you.
  3. Have us delete any data we have about you.
  4. Express any concern you have about our use of your data.

4. What are the legal grounds for our processing of your personal information (EU)?

We rely on the following legal bases to use your personal data:

  1. 1. Where it is needed to provide you with our products or services. such as:
      a) Assessing an application for a product or service you hold with us. including consider whether or not to offer you the product, the price, the payment methods available and the conditions to attach.
      b) Managing products and services you hold with us, or an application for one.
      c) Updating your records, tracing your whereabouts to contact you about your account and doing this for recovering debt (where appropriate).
      f) All stages and activities relevant to managing the product or service including enquiry, application, administration and management of accounts, illustrations, requests for transfers of equity, setting up/changing/removing guarantors.
      g) For some of our profiling and other automated decision making to decide whether to offer you a product and/or service, particular payment method and the price or terms of this.
  2. 2. Where it is in our legitimate interests to do so. such as:
      a) Managing your products and services relating to that. updating your records, tracing your whereabouts to contact you about your account and doing this for recovering debt (where appropriate).
      b) To perform and/or test the performance of, our products, services and internal processes.
      c) To follow guidance and recommended best practice of government and regulatory bodies.
      d) For management and audit of our business operations including accounting.

5. Processing methods

The processing of your personal data is carried out according to art. 4 of the Privacy Code and art. 4 (2) of GDPR, namely: data collection, registration, organization, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, cancellation and destruction. Your personal data are subject to both paper and electronic and / or automated processing.
We will process the personal data for the time needed to fulfill the above mentioned purposes and in any case for no more than 10 years from the end of Service Finality and for no more than 1 years from the data collection for Marketing Purposes.

6. Security

We take reasonable technical steps to protect your information including the use of passwords, OAuth, secure HTTP, etc. However, we cannot guarantee that your information is immune to a breach in the security and privacy mechanisms implemented by us and the hosting providers.

Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a lock icon in the address bar and looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the Web page.

While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.

7. Registration

In order to use this website, a user must first complete the registration form. During registration a user is required to give certain information (such as name and email address). This information is used to contact you about account related status and transactions.

We use "cookies" on this site. A cookie is a piece of data stored on a site visitor's hard drive to help us improve your access to our site and identify repeat visitors to our site. 10. Opting Out

If at any time you are dissatisfied with our service and want to stop being a user, please send an email to contact@panowalks.com and we will delete your account. We may retain some information for a reasonable period for purposes of reporting and auditing. We may retain and utilize your historical non-personally identifiable usage information indefinitely as part of the data used for analysis and learning.
